This video will show you how to create your very own paper balloon! It's actually very simple to make. You start out with a square piece of paper. Then you fold it in half in all directions (half vertical and diagonal) Then you fold it into a water bomb base. Fold the bottom corners up on all sides. Fold the side corners into the center. Fold the bottom corners up. NOW BLOW!!!!BLOW LIKE A HORNY TEEN!!!!
