He had a straight flush. It's the second best hand in poker. The best hand is a Royal Flush. Its the Ace, King, Queen, Jack, and Ten of all the same suit.

Yea, that guy was pretty lucky to get that straight flush considering that lady had three queens and looking for the fourth.
