Indians have complex. You see they all speak english instead of their native language...mostly indians are black and short but they show you make up white faces on the screen. We pakistani are naturally light skin and tall and good looking. just to clarify-ash did not replace kareena in bride and prejudice.both of them were offered different roles-gurinder chaddha wanted both of them in the film. ash accepted her role and kareena rejected hers.

ash was given the main lead and kareena was offered to be one of her sisters(in a side role)- i think thats probably y kareena rejected it.

I think u should know by now that kareena was first considered for devdas! n then he went on ahead with aishwarya becuz he face looks more indian! n bajrao mastani didnt get made becuz slb wanted to cast salman-kareena together for the first time but they alreday did a movie together thats why! yeah rite there r some movies where kareena said no n ash did them like bride n prejudice! honey noone is putting her down but simply stating the facts!

Kareena was first considered for Devdas? lol. SLB went with Ash. Same with SLB's BM which never got made. Kareena was only considered once Ash said no.
As for standing next to the hero. That would be Katrina but certainly not Aishwarya Rai. Kareena has Omkara, Dev and Ash has Iruvar, Choker Bali, Raincoat, Provoked, Guru.
