One Day, One Life is a story about a friendship between Kevin Johnson and Jason Hill. As teenagers they developed a bond that only true brothers can have. But underneath the friendship Kevin Johnson watched his mother be beaten by his father. He felt helpless to do anything to stop him. Embarrassed about his life Kevin refuses to let people really know him and he emotionally pushes girls away from him before he gets hurt. After stopping the cycle of violence by eliminating it, Kevin runs away from his problems, his family, and most of all Jason.
