Neighborhood Profile Video for the town of Superior Colorado.

Just south of Boulder, The Town of Superior is located in Boulder County which is also 30 minutes from Denver.

Once known for the superior quality of it's coal, Superior is now primarly a bed room community.

The Rock Creek subdivision almost covers the entire town. Supeior also includes Sagamore and Old Town.

Superior is convenently located near high end shops, hightech employeers and golfing

Superior has two schools. The two outdoor pool facilities are managed by the town.

Some of the world's best Skiing and snowboarding is a little more than a one hour drive in the beautiful Rocky Mountains.

Superior is now home to 9k people and is almost entirely built out with little growth remaining.
