Andrew Zimmern travels to Goa, India's smallest state, where his friend Yellow introduces him to pickled fish. The mackerel is soaked in vinegar and spices for 4-5 weeks, preserving the fish for a year and preparing locals for monsoon season when bad weather makes it hard to get out and catch fresh fish.
