This new campaign features the flamboyant planner to the rich and famous. No request is too ludicrous or outrageous - Fresno prides himself on being able to deliver absolutely anything. However, its his assistant Carrie who works the miracles and sits back whilst Fresno takes the glory. She uses a healthy chunk of creative thinking coupled with the indispensable Yell.com to solve the many dilemmas thrown at her.

We are introduced to them as they organise a very last minute 'Harlem Gangsta Bloc Party' for Marcus - a very demanding and very spoilt rich kid! As if bringing Harlem to Hampshire wasn't difficult enough - over the course of several TV ads Fresno and Carrie have to find ways to bring to life Marcus' increasingly bizarre party requests -- requests that can only be found with an ingenious use of Yell.com.
