    First I have to say that Criss is an amazing entertainer. remember people, he entertains for a living. no reason to hate on him. "fale" or "real" is stupid. They are all essentially FAKE AND REAL.. that is what he does.
    now for how it is done..
    This is a well setup trick. It isnt something that he just randomly does with any garbage can ofcourse. So to setup teh trick he needs the following.
    1)a lookalike that will pop up at top (notice how teh lookalike doesnt really say anything and how he is far from teh crowd to avoid being noticed as a look alike)
    2) you WILL need probably just the 3 or 4 guys in on this. THese 4 guys are teh ones that put teh garbage can over Criss, then turn the gartbage can over.
    3) a special garbage can
    procedure-
    first Criss comes and shows us that teh ground is concrete. This doesnt really matter but he says it to increase drama.
    then to make the illusion more real, he first takes garbage out of teh setup garbage can and thorws it away.. notice how the garbage can is already setup and ready with another bag.. what you dont see in the other extra stuff inside the can. so wahts inside the can? lets let you in on it..

    -inside the can there are a few things, and depending on his style and strenght there could be more or less of these things, but this is how it is done.
    First, you will notice that Criss asks the 3 Men helpers that are in on it to slowly put eh garbage can over him.. This is for a reason...
    Watch as the can first goes over his head.. Watch how he reaches with his hand to grab something from within the garbage can.. can you guess??
    YES!. he grabs another black garbage bag which he will slowly pull down and then as the garbage can is slowly put over him, he Quickly gets into the new garbage bag he just got and pulls it up to his head...
    The next part is the tricky part... If he is not using a trick garbage can, then he just basically sits in the garbage can while pushing his arms out to stay in place while the 3 guy helpers turn him over... watch carefully as teh guys excert some strenght to turn over teh "empty" garbage can... Really Criss is still in the garbage can and doesnt move..
    the other option is if it were a trick garbage can it would have 2 handles inside for Criss to hold onto so it is easier for him to hang in there and stay inside when the Can is turned over and he is inside covered with the Black bag that he just slipped into... really simple...
    Also, Notice the at least 3 or 4 Guys that are in on it. When they turn the can over, they use some strenght, and the Can looks heavier than it should be and DOESNT bounce too much when it is put down...
    Also if this doesnt convicne you, Watch how the Guy helper that has the Walkie talkie, He points up to the balcony way before anyone else sees The Lookalike Criss up there because he wants to take peoples attention away from the Garbage can below and immediately have them looking up Above at the Balcony at the lookalike.. this way Criss can fix any problems with the can if needed if somethging can be seen... While the Lookalike waves and smiles, Criss is inside the Garbage can waiting to be let out at a later time when the coast is clear...
    Simple but complex.

    the crowd is in on it. The people holding the pail change, and he forgot to make sure his pants were the same.

    Not nearly as good as the milk can trick I saw when I was about 12. Performed in an outdoor mall, so no possibility of a trap door. The guy climbed into a milk can full of water, they put the lid on it, and he pops out of a tent ten feet away about ten seconds later. I was no more than five feet from the can. I still have no idea how it was done.

Well think about it......any one can do that illusion with editing......how many times did they cut away in that trick....and the audience are paid actors.     one of criss' greatest tricks it is the only one that i have no idea how he does, and for you people who think he crawls out the audience would see, and even if he did do that how the hell does he up get there in 3 seconds, i must say it is possible that the guy up top isnt criss beause they only show him for a few seconds but even if that were true were does he go to, maybe he is still in the garbage can with the pack covering him on top

    I was there when it happened! We can actually see me in the crowd. Criss indeed WAS under the barrel and reappeared a couple seconds later above. Even if he had "somehow" crawled out like someone suggested, he would not have had the time to get up there. He's doing some tibetan Master shit, I'm telling ya...Even if he had a twin brother, still wouldn't explain how he gets out of there. So for those who like to say that even the crowd is paid and everything, think of something else, coz me and my friends saw him up close.

      Everyone knows he cant actually teleport but that doesnt mean he cant create the illusion of him doing it live without having paid actors and camera editing. Each and everyone one of you who thinks its camera tricks is completely wrong. your just to stupid and lazy to actually think about it and how else it could work without editing. Its an illusion, The way criss does them is very hard to believe, but what you see on tv is what you would get live.

      of the guy trying to explain to himself how criss could've dissapeared like that, read my comment again, understand the sarcasm, then you can call me whatever you want. I didn't at any point imply that it was some sort of camera trick. I believe that what we see in SOME of his videos, i repeat, SOME of his videos, is really what you get live, because, XXIllusionXX, i can give you examples of videos in which he really uses camera cuts, and the pedestrians are in on it. I can give you videos of him in which little tiny details in the background or props suddenly change from one frame to the next.
      I repeat, i was just making fun of the guy explaining to himself how one man can have metafizical powers.
