I adopted an entirely new set of training principals, and completely dumped all the mental baggage and habits I practiced daily for the last 18 years I've been in the gym. I have gone from 175lbs and 18% body fat to 210lbs and 14% body fat. And, I think, my new training principals have a been one of the main reasons my business also changed from just mediocrity to rising top earner in my primary business.

-And just flat out not assuming responsibility for my lack of success.
-And not listening to other top money earners and trying to figure it out on my own instead of adopting a proven marketing system and mastering it along with just being a real entrepreneur.
