Day 5 then. Well my social life continues to improve with an old friend getting in touch and I’ve taken action and agreed to go out for a meal.

With my business commitment to make an extra 40 thousand dollars there have been some exciting developments which have great potential.

Equally important is my intent to be more spontaneous and have my life less organised or tied to a tight schedule. So one thing I’ve done is to book a weekend away next month to my spiritual home in the Lake District.

So far this challenge is proving to be very liberating.
