Copyright Infringement, Circus Maximum & Urse Valentin

On April 25 2008 I, Ioan Veniamin Oprea, also known as the Human Slinky, informed in writing Cirkus Maximum from Sweden, the conditions regarding the Copyright Infringement violation in the Human Slinky matter.

In their show called Colours of Circus, Cirkus Maximum hired my ex-performer from Romania, Valentin Urse, current resident of Austria. Valentin Urse has not been representing my Company since January 2008 because, in the past, he performed without my consent in EuroPark and Pegasus Variete in Germany using my music, costume and choreography, even my personal BIOGRAPHY like "Appearing in Monte Carlo Circus Festival" or "Winner of the Special Prize Walt Disney" etc. By contract, Mr. Urse is not allowed to perform this act without my permission for the period of my life + fifty years. I personally taught Valentin Urse how to perform my act while under contract nine years ago and also made all the contracts for Mr. Urse to perform around the world.
After my first notification in writing, Circus Maximum continued to use the Human Slinky act (this video was recorded on May 6, 2008). My attorney from Sweden has sent the second letter to Cirkus Maximum and Valentin Urse, and in the event that I do not receive by May 21, 2008 in writing what I have requested, I will immediately initiate court procedures against Cirkus Maximum and Mr. Urse.

On July 22 2008, the Persecutor from Sweden put Urse Valentin in jail for 24 hours. Urse Valentin broke the LAW, his costume was destroyed by Swedish police , was removed from the program "Colours of Circus" and will never work again in Sweden.
