    glad someone is standing up and telling what is true. the liberal democrats are completely, totally at fault for the failure of fannie mae, freddy mac and all the rest. it's in the records. it's there. if a republican had ANYTHING to do with the failures.....the liberals would have been having criminal charges and such going on against them right now. but is there?? no. they would have to be charging themselves for crimes. and we all know that won't happen! listen up people!! we need to get rid of every liberal democrat there is in politics....on all levels! we need to vote for McCain/Palin this november. this country can not survive someone like obama in the white house.

    Fox news ran a piece on this same subject in September 08 explaining this Mortgage and Wall Street problems of how we got to this economic downfall. The Fox news piece nationally televised, didn't show all these articles and facts this video showed, but definately substantiated your work. Well done Research piece. The Evidence speaks well.     The solution then would be to INCREASE minimum wage and make more jobs. (Exactly what FDR had to do) rather than just give money to the system. This then will allow those that purchased homes to make the payments and stop forclosure. Yes, Greenspan did tell the public THREE TIMES to watch Fannie and Freddie. But remember, the Congress and President were BOTH REPUBLICAN at that time. Clinton had something to do with this too, but Clinton, though he calls himself a Democrat, is a Republican. (and Arnold is no Republican)

      Increasing minimum wage would not necessarilly help in the world market. We have already lost our competitive edge in the labor arena. We had best figure out how to bring industry back to america through business incentives. The people who take the risks and employee the less educated masses should be entitled to the larger life style / houses.
      This orchestrating of loans to people living beyound their means was foolish. Why is this hard to understand? How about somebody wathing Suzie Orman - and actually listen!

    ..like most complex problems seeking a single root cause let alone a single party to blame is pointless. Amercia needs to refocus on being productive economy and stop distracting itself with expensive irrelvant international interventions. Similarly needs to stop bickering along simple bi-partisian party lines. Whoever wins the election doesn't matter if there isn't a fundamental shift in collective behaviours and mindsets of the middleclass.
