The last couple of days haven’t been so great. Nothing to do with the business but my frustration with all my other responsibilities – kids, Husband, running a family, friends baby seriously ill etc. – all distracting me from my business.

However, we don’t work in a ‘bubble’ and what’s important is to stay focused and take from each and every day the things I do achieve – if I concentrate on the positives I will keep moving forward.

We can’t have everything go our way all the time and one of my challenges in life in general is to find a calmer state of mind and try to stop feeling responsible for everything happening around me. So I need to cut myself some slack and value myself for what I am achieving.
