This is a very funny but true example of a Microsift Support response call from it's Indian call center. It includes subtitlles which decipher the broken English of the call center employee.

    the lack of threats, whines, etc from the Indians? If this had been posted about an Islamic country we'd be up to our butt in cries of "racism" and "bigotry" and Loooong lectures on the wonders of the Quraan and how Isreal was behind it all. I'm beginning to think the mark of a successful society is its willingness to laugh at itself. If I'm right, the middle east is in for a rough go.

      ... most of the islamic country ppl do not have sense of humour. look at their society in this world. any part of the world these islamic ppl are present there is chaos, destruction etc. they do not let other religion ppl live in peace and hapiness.

      they need to cheer up and make others laugh. laughing is good for health. but looks like laughing is prohibited in Quran. :)

    I work in IT and this is EXACTLY what the "techs" from India sound like when they call. You spend half your time trying to figure out what they are saying, then you have to try and accomplish the steps they ask you to take, then you have to decipher what they tell you after that.

      because of techies like this.

      its not a bad thing to say that the communication skills have a long long way to go before it can be acceptable.... even when you phone a bank or a tele communications company for help it is a non english speaking person on the other end.... it is shocking.

      This is not a racist comment... and if people think companies higher them because of the skills these 'techies' have, they are wrong... it is the simple cheap cost of labour that the companies that hire them want.

      I now have a bank that uses the selling point... 'all help call centres and customer support based in the UK'. It is not long before companies wise up to this cheap stratagy being flawed.

    well , i agree this sometimes this happens when u talk to any indian call centre agent but not always , there are gud and bad service providers every where , but i think microsoft think a lot crafty and better than all of us thats why they have shifted theri call centre over there not only call centre but even their develop dept aswell, its not a matter of any race or accent, chill guys ;)

      this is most probably a fake because In India a bpo employee has to clear 7-10 rounds skill test and no way a person who speaks like that can get job in bpo. This madarchod nyyankee has posted this fake to discredit indian bpo's.may be this man has grudge against India because his job have been "BANGALORED" AND NOW is jobless.
