If you can't pull off landings, you can't fly. You have to go somewhere. Staff jobs and such. In this case, failing might mean killing yourself and others.

I've heard you need to have a very high IQ to be a Navy Pilot and after watching this I can see why...you need a Physics degree just to land the aircraft.

CAT lauches are cool but I wonder why they still use steam ? I would think in this day and age they would have mag lev catapults. Also wouldnt it be better if they had a cat-ramp than only cat or ramp ?
