      before you use your elbow like those guys, you must be trained first at least 6 hours daily since you were 6 years old.

      I am telling you this because I had to take Basic Thai kick boxing when I was at primary school (I was just 7 yrs old and my school was girl school.) in Thailand and it was compulsary module.
