he really knows how to take things up a level. even with spring floor, the backflip from the sitting position must have been one hell of a bitch to pull off. that guy's good, but like GwaGwa said, he needs to practice sticking his landings. otherwise, this guy's F**king insane

yes these moves can be use during combat eg mortal combat, street fighter, cooking chinese. or with a dash of garlic you can turn it to.. what ever mangina.
