for example kennedy, clinton, they just a gud guy tring to make peace, but of course many people in usa think gun, missile, war, blood always bring peace to the world,, can you see the hirosima nuke bom? it end world war II right?, ( with over a million death among the japanesee and nuke radiation over decade, but who care? as long the bad guy die) , what iam trying to say, in reality, you cant put fire with fire, if you dont want terorist become larger, quit from iraq, let them have a job rather grow their hate agains usa, give them peace, dont let a space for hate to grow.. but as i said before, PEACEFULL LEADER IS NOT FIT WITH USA.

agree with you, it's not a matter of declaration of war only for the sake of war, it's considered to be self-defence, you think arabs are the bad ppl... arabs think west are the bad ppl... it's a matter of survival, west is trying to survive by feeding on the middleastern resources such as oil, the only way to control such resources is by invadeing, of course the term "invadeing" is not used, instead lebaration or combatting terrorism is used.
on the other side
arabs need to survive and resist such invasion, so they go for attacks in the form of militias, as no organised army can do that...
if you look at the situation from a broader prespective you'll see that both sides do believe that the other is the terrorist... west are humans arabs are humans none of them deserve to die for the survival and prosper of the other...
they need to learn how to coexist...for the sake of this universe.
