All martial arts require the conditioning of one's body to endure the stress of performance. I've been there- did that. No patience. Became what was known as a 'butcher' in contests. Now in old age, look back and see the fool. Those fancy moves have to be learned first, then employed into a defensive/ offensive objective. A good sensei (teacher) has qualifications to determine who is going to be a good candidate for the offensive part. For example: knowing how to block a punch in such a way to open your opponent to your own delivery. Everyone doesn't have these capabilities, but all can gain the merits of some discipline and self- confidence.

THEY CAN BE PRACTITIONERS OF ANY MARTTIAL ART AND LEARN THOSE FANCY MARTIAL ARTS TRIKZ. ALSO THOSE FANCY KICKS CAN WORK IN A REAL FIGHT IF USED AT THE RIGHT TIME.

I think this is a Brazillian martial act called Caprella. They can rupture internal organs with one blow. It was disgused as a dance during the slave trade and can fight effectively when both feet and hans were in chains.

i dont think they gonna use this flips in real fights.. i have fight 1 guy which he use 1 of these flips on me... i just push him while he do the flip and he fall hard on the ground hiting his head on the floor.. he cant move for like 7 sec and his friend get him up to catch his breath... i was like wtf....serious

But why do they always choose such crappy music for these!!! Annoying!
