  apparently it is (or was?) legal in teh UK for girls at the age of 16 to do nudity as long as it is not porn.
  Her parents gave full consent to it as well.
  But the question remains...she was 15 at the time of shooting, 16 when the movie was released!

By the way what's the big deal about a girl that's younger than 16 flashing their boobs? As long as it's with her and her parents full consent.

It's a different story if the girl is seen performing sexual actions or having sex, but come on...a tiny flash of nudity? Personally I find it more disturbing when young children/teens are in violent scenes or drug-related scenes.

The thing is, young teens are, if not actually having sex, making out and feeling each other up and what not...It's a part of growing up, and a part of life.

Guns and drugs should not be a part of growing up, yet a lot of people and also the MPAA (the American film rating system) seem to think it's worse for children to come into contact with sex than it is for them to see violent scenes or act in them.

  Nudity is not a sexual act. Nudity (natural act) is just not dressing (cultural act). Few years ago, If an artist took a picture or painted a naked boy or girl, it was considered a piece of art. Now, it is a big crime in the US.
  In the past, it was morally correct to burn women if they were considered withches. Years ago, some people thought it was correct to "eliminate other races". Few years ago, "separated but equal" was a moral line in the US.
  In some states the "legal age" is 21, others are 18. So, if you are 19 and sexually active in one state you are a criminal in another one.
  Could anyboy explain me, how comes, is it possibly to enter the US Army at 16 and, at the same age, are not to be allowed to drink a beer?

the movie is called The Hole. It is a pretty much predictable psychological thriller about 4 spoiled teens who are partying inside an abandoned army bunker when their friend locks them in. When a week has past only one person comes out alive.

The movie has nudity of both genders and what i think is waaayyy too many sexual scenes for actors of their age.
