The first 2 weeks of the 90 day challenge have just flown by. So far it’s proved to me that if you put your positive intentions out there then positive things will start to happen. Whether it be in my social life or with my business I’m amazed how well things are going.

However this video is bout water – or rather my intention to drink more of it. I hate water...Being an Irish / Italian I during strong black coffee, Guinness and wine. Everywhere I go though people are committing themselves to be healthier and consume more water. I have an extremely healthy diet food wise but water just doesn’t do it for me.

So my commitment is to consume more H20 on a regular basis.
