I went on one of these as a kid when i visited India.. all i remember is me crying all the way through!!

timing should be right on or get caught in the spindles.

thing is, how do you make it stop? some person might puke all ova me if he was tired and cudnt stop.

sat on this flywheel type spins, they are too awesome , speed varies erratically as opposed to motor driven spins and thats where u feel sudden rush of blood to your head and to feet

we have the same kind in burma and they are really fun and thrilling at the same time. the way these guys work on the wheel is just amazing cuz it needs both sharp reflexes and courage. i really admire those guys.

in Pakistan. They are the same thing. these people who own these wheels are real acrobats, very professional and amazingly these ferris wheels are perfectly safe. Despite of going that fast on spins, never heard of any accidents. They are just loads of fun :)

anyway, Indians are used to simple life.
Basic and human power.

I am not sure which is more thrilling i think the guys hanging on are having more fun...fck

i mean you have to climb the stairs and use your weight to make it imbalance, it take alot of power. the wheel should be fully occupied or else it cannot spin. i think it would be better if they use some arrangement of gears and pull it so the power is smaller and the energy spent in longer time and not in short burst like this.
