Details
WindowBlinds Skin is RIP2007,
you need WindowBlinds to apply of course,
Cursor is listed in my CursorFX control panel as XSKH, CursorFX needed to apply that,
and finally, the wallpaper is in Dream format and called Halloween, DeskScapes is required to apply that.

All items, skin, cursors & Dream, are available on Wincustomize.

All programs required to apply the items are available from Stardock.
