    hey i have a question, i use mac and i use all of those programs that you used also, but i dont know how to do the effects that your video shows with screenflow, do you think you can make a video like a tutorial of screenflow?

    here is another tip: You focused on the inside and make sure that when you do that you stick to be connected to yourself.

    Oh - the whole point behind this is to get people to STOP BEING DISTRACTED...

    I always suffered from time management, I am always behind the schedule, but I believe there are other key factors control your productivity like : your mood, surrounding environment, job nature and sure your Salary ;-)
