Jail ain't supposed to be summer camp. You do as your told. Even if you don't feel that you are in the wrong. There is a time and place for everything. If the police are wrong, still do as you are told in custody. Once released, contact the proper people to have your story told. If the police are wrong, usually the truth comes through. Sometimes not. Acting like Mr. Tough behind bars ain't easy, especially when your on their turf. Yes, the tazer gun may have been excessive. We only saw part of the entire clip. But from the officer's comment, "I told you what would happen", this had obviously been going on for quite some time. Do it the first time and your ass might not get zapped. Be Mr. Tough and .............buzzzzzzz.,.....wet underwear.

He/she will probably still resolve the situation (because most cops are professional enough to realize your an idiot but they still have a job to do). What this "cop" did was un-called for. the guy was basically being passively non-compliant and was not exhibiting any sort of aggressive behavior. Yeah it must be frustrating for the officer, but a person arrested does not have to answer questions or submit to any tests is he/she is not willing to. That does not give the "cop " a right to use the taser. In addition it looks as if they are in a jail or some Police facility, which is a controlled enviroment. Now if this were in the "streets," it's a whole different s toryas it is unknown if there are any weapons. With that being said, it is very frustrating being a Police Officer myself, as there are "cops" like these which give all Police Officers a bad rep. I hope that the "Cop" in video was disciplined, at the very least re-trained for his and the publics well being.
