    One, I saw a similar vid on MetaCafe the other day.
    Two, obviously it is a loosely tied shoe being shaken until the laces become completely untied. If you watch the laces, they fall up during the shaking.

    Pardon me if you all think I am stupid for stating the obvious, or if you think AI am taking the fun out of it. I am just trying to help the folks out that come from the shallow end of the gene pool...

      sorry to burst your bubble, but there is a such thing, its called self tying shoe laces, the same ones as David Blaine used on his "holind breath atempt " tv special, you can buy the laces from magic stores, the one from this video might not be the same thing but there is a such thing.
