  • more simple ?

why don't you just punch the guy in the balls or grab his nuts and crush. That is what I learned as a young man when fighting on the street. Or is this for competition only ? Nice techniques you have, just noticed your hand by his nuts all the time, easy target. No ?

  • unrealistic

Too bad you pass out within 3 seconds of a side headlock. The side headlock is made to cut off the blood flow through the carotid artery. This is the quickest way to cease blood flow to the brain. Good video though but doesn't work in a real-life situation.

    • ya so..

i want to know how u know this wont work. Ur saying it will knock him out in 3 seconds (realitically 4-6 secs), but that only if they have it properly. And i bet this guy or any decent grappler could get this to work in less time. But maybe you meat that you couldnt get it to work, in which case your probably right.

    • still unreal

I've been through 30 weeks of police academy and DT (defensive tactics) training. If you have never actually had your blood supply cut off at your carotid artery then you wouldn't know that you lose all motor control and pass out. Your brain controls all your body movements and breathing. Even a lack of blood flow renders you handicapped and helpless. I'm not condoning you to try it but have someone come up under your armpit and squeeze the side of your neck into their body at only partial force. It only takes a few seconds...

    • i do

i have been doing these kind of things for about 11 yrs. And i have frequently had blood chokes done to me. As long as you stay calm, there is enough time to do something like this. This would work, if done properly. Im not saying its the best move, but it is a decent one.
