    First, the solar panels shown are professionally made, not home made.

    Second, I ordered his book, and it does NOT give even close to enough info to build solar panels.

    generating electricity are strictly regulated even if I generate it by using solar energy! If I get caught generating electricity using solar without permission, I'll be in deep S**t ! Getting the permission required almost impossible unless I bribe you know who.
