    I have to mention that Memo looked kind of uncomfortable having someone in his kitchen, I'm guessing he normally works alone, or maybe likes things a very certain way. When you moved the sauce container out of the way, he seemed kind of annoyed. I do like how he rotated the pizza with the pell as he was taking it out of the oven.
