The girl obviously isn't dead, and her being 'dead' is a technique advertisment artists use to convey a message to the viewers. Probably, they're saying even a dead person wouldn't want to leave the comfort of their jeans. Or something like that.
Though, I understand it can be profane to some audiences. I honestly thought the ad's concept was awesome. XD
