They switched the cups when you couldn't see the guy's hand! Look closely, the camera man doesn't show the cup in the middle of the video.

The guy just threw another cup filled with snow... not "dirt"... nor water...

Seriously, if it was THAT cold, how could the guy stand outside like that wearing some sweater and a T-shirt?

  more clever than faking a vid, is that this guy found a type of dirt which produces hot steam, even when in dry powder form..... no, sillybuns, it was water.
  
  i was in finland once in march and the whole bloody SEA was frozen all the way to sweden. so, in some places, it does get a lot colder than where you live.
