I'm sure that plenty of people saw them that night. The dress is way to large in cup size for her. If the person holding the camera had any testosterone they would have followed her and held it up for the "money shot".

I had to get sure: Haslun410 is right about the 0.25 sequence; it's just the shadow of the edge of her dress that can easily fool you if you just look at the snap-shot. The one at 0.19 is so blurry that it could be just an artifact. Anyway, although there may be no nip slip (most probable) at 0.28, whne she raises her arms you can see how her dress detaches from her. She'll have to be careful to wear more comfortable dresses which should prevent that from happening. Let's call it a "close call."
