Hollywood pull harness strings
if you look carefully you notice her momentum cant carry her that far up and the balance of her weight distribution is leaning toward her back meaning she was being pulled up by some type of pully system, then her landing was too soft for her height she should have landed alot harder than that meaning she was being held up by a harness. other than that it was a pretty immpressive stunt.

  ...she didn't land too hard because her other hand hold on to a small ledge for a bit to steady herself when she caught the ball.
