Origanal Text : Un prétendu fantôme a été pris sur une caméra CCTV dans un immeuble de bureaux d'entreprise. La seule mort dans l'histoire du bâtiment (construit en 1993) était une fillette de 10 ans en 2002. Il se pourrait que c'était le son fantôme.

    But this seems pretty obvious that it's a bug that is flying around the camera lens. It's fuzzy because the lens is focused on the background and not what is directly in front of it. It's a fairly common mistake.
