      A nightmare like hell! I am 13 and I was playing the demo of half-life 2. I didn't know that zombies that lied on the floor could wake up, because that wasn't the case in half-life 1. Then suddenly I got at Ravenholm (I hate that chapter, It's bloody scary and the music in the beginning is giving me the thrill. You all know how that feels... The darkness in the open space, the legs hanging from the tree, the rusty Ravenholm sign on the floor, the deserted look, crows everywhere... The perfect scene for evil apparitions. I went to the hut where you have to smash the planks to reach a room full of canisters and half a body on a blade. yuck. While I was still giving the planks a bit of my crowbar, I heard a sudden moan. I just keeped smashing the planks, i just wanted to get in the hut cause it would give me a safer feeling then outside, I don't know why. My heart was thumping lik hell. Then it happened, my health was dropping. I watched slowly to the left, And the head of that zombie was 2 milimeters from my face. I must have jumped back at least 2 meters and my heart was overbeating. I never saw a zombie before in half-life 2 and I still think it's one of the most ugly creatures of the game. But that night, was my worst expirience ever. I hardly sleep for a whole week. But now, I can play any half-life at any time with any weather conditions without being scared and i'm still 13 years old. You get used to what's supposed to scare you...
