Plastic Recycling - How it works. Midstate Plastics LLC is creating total recycling solutions for our customer by adding value to plastic materials. We have the ability to accept all forms of POST INDUSTRIAL plastic scrap (film, parts, baled scrap, chunks, purgings, runners, fiber, straps). We can Shred and grind very large parts. We have (2) 6" Extruders that can process film, regrind, fiber to produce plastic pellets. We have capability to blend off materials and add impact modifiers, and fillers to enhance physical properties of plastics.
