    This has nothing to do with being stupid or "gay" as some of you are so fond of calling it. Neither does it have anything to do with speed.

    It's a fairly common thing to see in England and other countries where they drive on the left side of the road. There is a huge blind spot on the right side of foreign trucks since he's sitting on the left side of the truck himself. When cars spend a long time matching the speed of the truck in the lane right next to the truck, this might happen when they change lanes. This is why they did some campaigning a few years ago to raise awareness of the truck blindspots.

    Ofcource, the foreign trucks needs to be very aware of the traffic around him at all times, and this is his fault, but that doesn't make him stupid or "gay." It can happen to anyone.

      They have special mirrors to deal with these type of blindspots. Why was the driver not using one. That to me is stupid and is not accidental.

      The driver should be aware of these blindspots and take the apropriate measures to counter them.
