      I just came back from Berlin, just to tell you it was the best night life city i have ever been to. to party is cheap, but shopping i would rather shop here than there F**king expensive plus its euro too. Love Prade was the best naked people in woods having sex drink man it was wild. Love germany can't wait to go back. Girls are just too HoTTTTTTT

      1 case of beer (20-1/2 liter bottles) = $10 That's GOOD beer too, not the S**t they make in the US. Budweiser??? The Germans wouldn't consider that S**t even good enough to wash their cars.

      Berlin kind of S**ks though... Munich for Octoberfest is F**king INSANE. Imagine 5-6 state fairs combined with about 5,000 kegs of beer per day in the huge Bier Gartens.

      The summer fests are the heat too... Good wine fests on the Deutsche Wine Strasse.

    are really nice people. Friendly, modest, kind,honest and they have a great sense of humour. At least that's my impression, and I've met hundreds of them, since they travel to my country a lot.

    I'm from Germany and I have to say that all these bloopers are (the scenes with the beer could have taken place anywhere in Germany) only from Bavaria which is less than 7% of Germany's Population. I would really like the world to know that not whole Germany wears those nasty leather pants, drinks beer in tents, dances funky dances and drinks only beer. Did I mention that not all Germans drink only beer?
    So, please get over your gerneral- isations! It's not like we all believe that everyone in the US is as air-headed as it's President!

    And one more thing: Why are words longer than 15 letters forbidden at Metacafe? Are they afraid you guys might not understand them big words?

      Visited both Austria and Germany several times and yes I remember some of the the best beer that I ever enjoyed comes from the Bavarian countries. During a summer I spent in Austria when I was five years old (visiting from Brooklyn) I did wear traditional lederhausen though nobody stuck ice up (or down) my pants!

    I'm from Germany, too. From Bavaria. And we are here also normal people as such other guys.

    And now for my friends who speaking german:

    Ich weiß nicht, warum ihr immer alles auf uns Bayern schiebt. Es gibt halt manche, die stehen zu unserer alten Tradition und tragen Tracht, warum auch nicht? Deswegen braucht ihr uns lange nicht als verblödet darzustellen.
    Denkt mal einzig daran, die bayrischen Abiturienten und Studenten sind weitaus mehr gefragt als andere.
