Thank you sir, for recognizing that these are, in fact, crawdads. I can't believe people were calling them crabs and lobsters.....when was the last time anyone saw a crab or lobster in a creek here in the USA? lol

I like Yabbies, I think I'll call them that from now on. In spanish they're called jaivas.

In spanish (here in Spain) they are called "cangrejos", and if they come from rivers or creeks, they are called "cangrejos de río".
