My mind movie ended up being a motivational music cd to help me with positive thinking when the going gets tough.

After some coaching with my mentor Dennis Karganilla I decided to throw myself whole-heartedly into the 90 day challenge and as a result I have become a whole lot more positive and feel a greater motivation to take my online business to the next level.

Success in all areas of life owes a great deal to self motivation, positive thinking, a healthy well balanced attitude and a degree of self confidence. Without some combination of all these elements business success becomes more difficult to achieve and things like goal setting can often become wildly optimistic to the point of being unrealistic.

During the past 25 years I have taught both leadership skills and assertiveness course to all kinds of people who wanted to improve their self confidence. But I am also still learning and thanks to some awesome coaching from DK my own leadership skills have greatly improved over the past 2 years as my success online has grown.

At the heart of any business there are some core elements and these are all to do with attitude, positive thinking, self confidence, leadership, motivation and clear goal setting. Get those things right and success is inevitable.

And using tools such as mind movies and motivational music to help keep us on track are vital. Life can throw up many challenges but music and imagery can help us when the going gets tough.
