Wasn't the flash from the camera.
If you watch closely, you can see his back end had already started to kick out before the camera flash. He was obviously going too fast for the conditions.

  I am from Romania and I have seen the news on tv some time ago. The accident was really caused by the driver being scared by the sight of the radar.

hi all this movie is from romania there they say : When the driver have seen the radar he tried to stop that f**** truck, and the back kicked out of the road, and hit an electric (:))) ) He survieved. Anyway A.C.A.B - ALL COPS ARE BASTARDS

speed cameras are dangerous
He may have been loosing the back end before the flash, but I have been flashed by speed cameras before. The flash is startling to say the least. It could have startled him so much that he may have not been able to recover from the fish tail he was going into.

NO way that was a flash
That was lightning, no way a flash can saturate the whole image like that. You need millions candle power to achieve that effect. Only lightning and thunde will achieve that effect.
