This isn't the Hiroshima bomb and nobody are hurt in the explosions, these are just tests on new nuclear missiles.

Well..
If you want to take that into consideration, blame the Japanese because they're they one who killed 50,000,000 fish in the pacific oceans for every nuclear weapon they fire, usually 3 or 4 a year.
