    if you parked your car youless likely to havebusted your windshield.a moving vehicle just adds increased impact of the hail than it does sitting still. like a baseball hitting the bat. ifthe bat doesnt move the ball doesnt go very far but when the bat is in motion it makes a harder impact

      What happened in this video was just a sudden barrage of giant hail to base ball size driven by powerful winds. This passenger just frieked out so the driver had to turn around and get out again. They eventually did just after the ending of this video.
