Good video
I had 5 stents inserted into my heart last year, these unfortunately closed up. So in Sept 07 i had a triple heart by-pass done. Very painful, takes a long to to recover and is diffinitely life changing. Colesterol is not the only thing that brings on a heart attack, bad family genes and stress are leading contributors to heart disease. The reality is if you have heart diease you will never recover the Doc's can only treat the symptons but the illness itself is like rust it never stops.

how my Cardiologist explained it to me. I've had 5 heart attacks due to scar tissure in the coronary arteries from the irradiation from a bone marrow transplant. Some fun, huh?
