Well if you carry on eating the same, you will get fat but if you reduce your diet, lots of walking, cycling and basic aerobic work then you will be in very good shape. My younger brother trained at a very high level for 25 years, he's still around 110kg but is looking in fantastic shape, I'm a little lazier as I like good food but still look OK and I'm down to 90KG3986447 - 2
