He does it on purpose, Conan didn't khow that it will crash but Bill did. It's a marketing trick. People see it crash and later on they see it upgraded and working perfectly. That is how Microsoft gets people interested cause way more people are going to find out about WMCE trought this clip than when it's being announced on the market. Same thing with the Windows '98.

Well, that happens! all I gotta say is that i'm a proud user of windows media center. I love the concept of having all your media organized at a touch of a remote... I hook it up to a projector and a powerfull surround sound system, once you try it, you never wanna go back. One thing I like about microsoft is that they're always improving and regardless of the slips by the and of the day they get it done. No wonder they are the super power they are today.
