    These kid's are putting on a show so the troops give them some lollies. The rather large kid is the bully, maybe the troops should tie the lollies to the back of the vechile so the fat kid at least gets some exercise. This sort of behaviour has been happening for years.     Also for all of you to know some poor people are that fat not because they eat a lot but as they only have money to buy cheap food which most of the time is carbohydrates or saturated fats not anything healthy since healthy food like protein and unsaturated fats are expensive. Also ignorance plays a role here as the kid or his parents (if he has any) wont know what to make him eat and when to say that enough is enough.
