The arresting "officer" was out on the highway pulling over any black man he could find. Had already been sanctioned by the courts twice before for his "reasons" for pulling people over. Trials for both involved. Arresting got off in court, but got administrative punishment. Arrestee they wanted to hang out to dry. Took him in for assaulting an officer for taking his license back. Jury acquitted when they saw the tape.
