Small tutorial, how to make PCBs at home, using photoresist methode.
I preffer using the ready made two side PCB copper with photoresist, but after i've watched your video i ' ll consier it one more time to make it like yours. My dissagreement is that i use Penitroll. = O3 for puting out the copper with HCl. It is much quicker and easier than FEClO3. Anyway 5* for this excelent video. Check my new ones too
cya!
Before, I tried HCl but it's too dangerous.
I think, the best solution is:
- buying, two sided PCB copper with photoresist
- developing with Sodium Metasilicate (ex: Seno 4007)
- etching with Ferric Chloride hexahydrate (FeCl3*6H2O)
- or Na2S2O8 (Ex: B327)
