I think I found it
This is a series of shapes that are made from a number and the catoptrical of it (if such a term exists), it is a number and what would appear in a miror that is touching the number to the right side of it. So, the next shape would be number 6 and something like the greek letter thita, or like the symbol of the differential touching it. The whole picture would be something like a pair of glasses, if you know what I mean.

Who ripped who?
This brain teaser appeared in the series The Simpsons. It was when Lisa thought she was going stupid because of the "simpson gene".
At the end of the episode she covers the right side of the figures and she notices the 1,2,3,4 and 5.
